There are typically 24 sessions, with most patients feeling pain relief after the 5^th or 6^th visit. Each session includes Advanced Spinal Traction Therapy, physiotherapy and spinal stabilization exercises and takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. It is important to remember that pain subsiding does not mean that your discs and spine are healed.
