3. Order the products that are recommended by Dr. Davis.

4. A personal customer number will be issued after your name and address information is received.

5. Ask to be put on auto-ship. This will send the supplements to your house monthly and wave the $8.50 shipping costs.

6. Integrative Therapeutics / Natural Dispensary accepts Master Card or Visa.
